Fanimaid Cafe 2022 Tryout Application Form

We currently plan to operate Fanimaid Cafe as an in-person only event. To ensure the safety of our guests and volunteers, Fanimaid Con's Maid Cafe will be taking strict COVID precautions including requiring all volunteers to be fully vaccinated and wear masks during shifts.

Requirements for participation:

• Identify as female or present as female in some aspect of daily life
• Must be at least 18 years or older by the start of FanimeCon
• Provide your own uniform, transportation to con, and registration
• Participate in at least one shift per day at con
• Provide proof of full COVID-19 vaccination and booster

Tryouts are comprised of a 45 minute orientation followed by a brief interview. Please allot at least 1.5 hours in your schedule.

The tryout will be held on January 22 at 1PM PST. We will provide you with a zoom link via email.
