Application Period
Account Creation Opens: November 01, 2025 12:00pm
Application Submission Period: November 08, 2025 12:00pm until we reach 1000 applications
To help artists better prepare we are opening up account creation a week before applications. This will allow time for artists to create their account, review information related to setting up their links and portfolios, as well as other tips we have compiled! You may still create accounts during the submission period if you have not done so previously.
During the submission period, artists will need to log in and complete their application submission.
Please note these important items:
- If you have previously submitted an application for our Artist Alley, please note that accounts do NOT carry over from year to year.
- Offer letters to participate in the Artist Alley, from previous years, do NOT carry over from year to year.
- There is only ONE artist per table.
- Helpers are not recorded within the online system.
- You will need four links to specific samples of your artwork, and one general portfolio link to provide in the application.
- Verification by email may not be instantaneous. Do not panic if your confirmation link does not immediately show up in your inbox. Please check your spam folder, and make sure you do not have fanime.com in your blocked senders list. Contact us after 24 hours if you have still not received an email.
- Do NOT create multiple accounts. If you have any issue with creation validation please contact us at artistalley@fanime.com and we will help you!
- The date you apply within the application period has no impact on if you are selected for a table. Tables are selected based on a jury review system.
- Creation of an account is NOT an application.
- An application does not guarantee a table in Artist Alley.
- Information once submitted can not be edited.
- By creating an account you are agreeing to allow Fanime to possibly contact you for other Fanime Venues (such as Art Gallery, J-Fashion, and Oasis Night Market).
- You may not have both a table in Artist Alley and a booth in Dealer’s Hall. If you are currently in, will be displayed/sold, or are partnered with anyone in Dealers you may not apply. If you are accepted from the Dealer’s Hall wait list after receiving an Artist Alley table, you must cancel your Artist Alley table immediately.
- You may have both a table in Artist Alley and Oasis Night Market as the hours do not conflict. However, you must be able to physically meet this demand and be present in Artist Alley during Artist Alley event hours on all four days.
Artist Alley tables are $300.00. This does not include the badge cost.
