ConOps Desk Staff

ConOps is the go to place for attendees or staffers to bring any issues they may be having during FanimeCon. We work with other staff to find answers and solutions, big or small. Desk Staff serve as the first face of ConOps people may interact with to ask for assistance.

Experience Level: Entry, training will be offered
Shift Expectation: 4-6 hours total split across each day of the convention (morning/afternoon/evening)
Basic Duties/Tasks: greet people at the door, answer general questions, and assist with radio check in/out for FanimeCon staff
Recommended Skills & Traits: customer service, helpfulness, organized, note taking
Age: 16+
