Game Show & Contest Producer

Fanime's Karaoke & Game Show Dept is looking for people who love the live thrill and unpredictable laughs of a good game show!

If you enjoy anything from Jeopardy to Taskmaster, from Dropout to Food Network, then we have an incredible opportunity to design a fun experience just like that for Fanime attendees. We want people who have thoughts on what makes for a good & engaging show, who understand excitement and pacing, and who feel passionate about crafting an amazing experience.

Main Duties:
* Help our team design and assemble various live game shows
* Write fun material, such as quiz questions and funny challenges
* Work during the game show (behind the scenes) to make sure it runs smoothly
* Aim to delight & surprise audiences

Bonus qualities:
* Interest in theatre or improv comedy
* Interest in game design
* Interest in watching your creations play out live on stage
* Interest in BTS (Behind the Scenes work)
* Interest in BTS (K-pop)
* Creative skills are a plus - including art, video, tech, etc.
* Game Master experience is a plus - including D&D, tabletop RPGs, escape rooms, etc.
* Trivia knowledge is a plus - including anime, fandom trends, """memes"""
