Karaoke (Open Mic) Info Desk

Fanime's Karaoke & Game Show Dept is looking for friendly folks to help run Karaoke Open Mic! This is located in the convention center, open approx 12:00PM to 2:00AM.

We want people who are friendly & encouraging, who enjoy being where the party's at, and who can handle working in a noisy environment! Main duties include: answer basic attendee questions, help attendees search for songs, and input their names & song requests into our custom karaoke queue software!

Fanime's Karaoke Dept has been working together for over a decade and we love putting on a good show. A good sense of humor, a passion for community, and the ability to go with the flow are all highly encouraged!

Requirements:
* Must be available to work a few 3-4 hour long shifts at Fanime's Karaoke room, within hours 12:00PM to 2:00AM. (We can accommodate your schedule, but we will need evening & late night shifts the most.)
* Must be able to join our Discord + use it for communication during Fanime.
* Must be able to participate in at least 1 remote training session before Fanime, to learn our software & tools.

Bonus:
* Customer Service skills are a plus
* Availability during evenings or nights is a plus
* Any experience with customer service or retail is a plus
* Any experience with AV equipment or computers is a plus
* Any interest in music, theatre, or live events is a plus
