-Must have a valid government-issued photo ID. (ie drivers license, passport, state id card, military id card, etc…)
-Must work 24 hours over the course of Fanime weekend (Th-M) to satisfy the staff badge requirement. Shifts are flexible and can be shared with other departments and divisions, but each shift should be a minimum of 4 hours long.
-Must check in with the Lead or Second On Duty 15 minutes before each shift.
-Must check in with the Lead or Second On Duty after each shift.
-Must abide by the FanimeCon Member Code of Conduct and the FanimeCon Staff Code of Conduct at all times.

* indicates the shift ends early morning the next day.
Video Responsibilities:
Before Fanime, Video staff do not have any strict meetings or obligations, aside from being generally reachable by e-mail for coordination (shift scheduling, etc.).
