Department Level Leadership Intern

**This listing will be used to fill any vacant leadership position in the Extravaganzas Division, depending on the experience, interests, and needs of the applicant.

Under the supervision of a Mentor, interns will gain hands-on experience directly stepping into a Head, Second, or other leadership position. Interns will participate in department level planning sessions and executing backend procedures as needed for the assigned department.

We ask that applicants for this program have a minimum of one year as FanimeCon staff, and commit to following all professional standards as established by our leadership community. This includes strictly adhering to the Code of Conduct (both the staff CoC and attendee CoC) and maintaining professional relationships through the convention. Also note that each of these positions have many pre-con tasks to achieve, and new leaders should expect a minimum time commitment of 2-20 hours a month as a reasonable baseline (depending on the month and what tasks you have in process).
