Stamp Rally Activity Coordinator

This Co-Head level position is in charge of all things related to the activity portion. This will require collaboration with the Creative and Content Services departments to coordinate pages in the pocket guide, keeping inventory of and reordering necessary supplies (such as the ink or missing stampers), contacting departments for creation of participation lists and training on the activity, coordinating appropriate signage, and distributing activity supplies on Day 0 and recollecting them on Day 4.
Note: While it will be necessary for the Activity Coordinator and Giveaway Planner to answer questions and support the activity at-con, it is expected that leaders in these positions also support by holding staff positions elsewhere in the convention spaces.
