From the huge welcome banner...to weapons policy signs...to speed dating slips... you'll find us making sure that there's a sign for each event space!

Publications is seeking staff to assist with ongoing projects and tasks within our sub departments (Signage, EB Production, & Print). The Publications team is dedicated to assisting the departments under our wing, and you may be assigned to help them set-up/tear-down, or other tasks they require as needed.

** As of October 2026, recruited staff will be assigned to the EB Production Department **

The EB Production Department is responsible for banner sized prints that are hung around the convention center.

REQUIREMENTS:
- 24+ hours of staffing are required, some of which can be done during Pre-Con shifts.
- Pre-Con shifts at an office on scheduled weekend days monthly, starting in January.
- At-Con shifts require sign-up in advance and begin on Wednesday (Day -1).
- Mandatory Wednesday (Day -1), Thursday (Day 0), & Monday (Day 4) At-Con shifts.
- Be able to assist with lifting and moving equipment at the office.
